PERFECT CIRCLE HORSES
SERVICE CONTRACT
STANDARD PLAN:
The Trainer will fulfill _________ month(s) training and boarding during training period for the Client’s horse at the following pricing:
One Month: $700/horse
Two or more months: $650/month/horse
A $100 non-refundable deposit (deducted from training fee) is required up front to hold starting date for training. Payment of one-half of the total fee is required and due at the start of the training period.
TRAINER/OPERATOR: The Trainer/Operator is Patrick Severance of Perfect Circle Horses, located at 366 Highway 55, Whitehall, Montana.
OWNER OF THE HORSE: The owner of the horse will be referred to as the “Client” and will provide for the following:
current vaccinations,
worming,
shoeing,
and any additional feed *
If the Client’s horse requires immediate veterinary services during training or boarding, the Trainer will arrange for these services and bill the Client. Extended care beyond the immediate veterinary services will be determined by an on-site consultation between the Client and the Trainer.
(* Any Client with a horse staying in training for more than one month is required to provide performance supplement feed. If the Client chooses, Perfect Circle Horses will provide performance supplement feed and bill the Client.)
THE UNDERSIGNED: The undersigned Client understands that horses and horse related activities can be dangerous to humans and horses and therefore releases the Trainer/Operator from any liability or responsibilities due to accident and/or injury caused to person or property (including horses) while on the premises or in training.
